01.                At the beginning of every question:

a.   There always is a lower-case t (little t for the track number); and

b.   There always are three digits for the track number (with leading zero(s) if needed); and

c.   There always is a lower-case p (little p for the page number); and

d.   Then there always are three digits for the page number (with leading zero(s) if needed); and

e.   Then your personal identification number (as given in class) follows with one letter and two digits (with one leading zero if needed to make two digits); and

f.    Then follows a hyphen; and

g.   Then a space before the question; (There always is one space after the starting hyphen.) and

h.   Then the question with an upper-case letter at its beginning and a question mark at its end.

i.     One question should be one paragraph.(see the note below)

02.                The statement markers are an upper-case letter at its beginning and a period (.)].

03.                All the text is aligned on the left.

04.                There is no space before the paragraphs (questions / answers), but there always is a space of 18pts or 1.5 lines after each paragraph (question / 3 answers).

05.                All the questions and choices are always set in the past tense.

06.                Each digit or number from the statements is written with the alphabet.

07.                A plus sign (+) indicates each correct answer and there is only one correct answer per question.

08.                We should avoid words or names if they are not mentioned in the book (especially if they are Japanese).

09.                We do not use pronouns (like he/she/it/they) in the questions, but it is require to use pronouns in the answers in the choices whenever possible.

10.                Instead of quotes (“ “) we always use UPPER-CASE letters with no extra punctuation [like (.), (!), (,), (;), or (:)].

11.                There shall not be any question mark (?) at the end of the three choices even if there are quotes in upper case letters.

12.                There is no dot for acronyms [i.e. R. S. -> RS or R S as well as for Mr, Mrs, Ms, Dr, am and pm, etc.

13.                The word BECAUSE never begins a complete statement.

14.                We can also omit the beginning of a statement and the word BECAUSE.

15.                The final document is saved in 100% zoom view.

16.                The final document is saved in the WEB layout with extension (.docx).

17.                The filename should be your personal identification number (as given in class) and the QQ number in this order.

18.                The email subject should also be your personal identification number (as given in class) and the QQ number in this order.

 

Note:

A paragraph mark is obtained by pressing the key ENTER

A manual line break is obtained by pressing the keys SHIFT down and then ENTER.

If one question is one paragraph, then we should have only five to ten paragraph marks in one QQ document:
